Combining Massage and Reiki at Flourish & Flo offers a profound clearing of the body's energetic system, resetting the endocrine and central nervous systems. This alignment realigns your mind, spiritual essence, and relieves physical tensions and emotions stored in the body. Your journey begins with a heart-led consultation and followed by a full-body grounding meditation held through touch, guided breath, and visualisation. Chloe asks to receive permission to intuitively connect with your energy field, identifying and releasing blocks, and balancing your energy centres (known as chakras) to allow Reiki energy to flow. The session continues with a tailored massage, aromatherapy with hot towels infused with a divine signature scent, and warm oils. You are gently awakened through heart-centred sound therapy and the grounding aroma of Palo Santo to close your session energetically. The session concludes with a mindful discussion to help extend the benefits of your journey.
